Our experience at the MX grande suites couldn't have been better. The staff was very helpful and considerate. The small size of the hotel allowed for personal attention, not common at large corporate hotels. We loved Mexico City in large part due to the comfort and care we received at MX. We look forward to returning to the city and the hotel.

We enjoyed a comfortable, medium sized room with a great view on the 19th floor. The fitness room was outstanding. We enjoyed the pool, but wish they would fix the water jets along the side alcoves. The business center manager went out of his way to help us. The concierge, not helpful. Overall, though, an excellent hotel for the price, on Reforma, near good restaurants, including the hotel grill restaurant.

Reforma is noted for the Paseo de la Reforma which is a 12 km long avenue and park in Mexico City and sprawls through the city's main financial, commercial, and entertainment districts. Some of the city's attractions such as the Modern Art Museum, the Museum of Anthropology, and the National History Museum all sit in the Chapultepec Park and Zoo, a large park along the Paseo de la Reforma.
