"Excellent choice for a Provincetown, MA Stay "
Spent 4 nights with this Hotel. Just a stone throw to the Provincetown Harbor. The beds where so comfortable and the staff was always there to help with questions. The Whaler Lounge is a must try! We ate there 2 times during our stay and everything was cooked to perfection.

"Quiet location/serene"
Quiet, relaxing hotel away from the hustle and bustle of town. Wonderful heated pool and beautifully manicured grounds. The view of sunsets and moon rise are spectacular from the property. The breakfast offerings are a good variety and my kids loved the popcorn machine. Every staff member was friendly and accomodating. This place certainly feels like a home away from home. This hotel has become a yearly stay for us.

"Like the Captain had let us stay @ his family home"
Booked Windsor, got upgraded to Victoria, even enjoying additional discount thanks to the gracious Host Tim. At the end of our off-peak weekend, we left late, and saw all 5 rooms upstairs: Bristol Suite - Cape/street view, nautical blue deco, sunny seaview window, huuuuge bathroom York Suite - Cape/street view, porcelain-blue deco, pretty double-happiness urn Victoria - Tranquil, pretty, mini-suite Royal Scot - Snug mancave Chartwell - Small and sufficient The Host Tim made all the difference - His approachable, unobtrusive mannerism helped us feel relaxed and settled. Brought breakfast spread out even when we're late. Very much appreciated. BTW If you receive a DC-based call, pick up, it's The Captain asking if you're finding your way ok. The Housekeeper (Dolce?) - Her cheerful presence and responsiveness makes this feel like a sunny family home. Previous guests mentioned the creaky wooden floor - it really just added to the charm of our vintage New England experience. Despite more than half-full occupancy, no noise bothered us at anytime. In fact the only people we met in the inn were the host Tim, the housekeeper, a mother-and-teen-daughter team who checked out when we were having breakfast, and from afar, the host's curious 9-mth-old puppy. Free parking's crucial. Park here and stroll easily to Commercial St's East and West End as well as Pilgrim Monument; because even on off-peak weekends like this, we could not find street parking on Commercial St.

"Welcoming"
This was our second stay at the Inn. Last time (2 summers ago), we got to sample two rooms in the Inn itself, both very nice. This time we stayed in the "Koi" room, which is a little separate cottage on the property. We also liked this room a lot, as it has a little covered porch with a bench and chair, nice place to read on the day it poured rain for a couple of hours. If you're looking for "high end" rooms, with all new fancy furniture and fixtures, this is not the place. While beautifully maintained, this Inn is all about the vibe of friendliness and feeling at home. Patrick and John Jay are extremely nice and accommodating, and they know everybody. You're a guest at their home, and made to feel very welcome. Patrick set us up with all our reservations at excellent restaurants, and they were all like, "oh, you're from the Inn at Cook St, we love those guys!" So if you want a place with $2000 dollar faucets in the bathroom, look elsewhere. But if you want to feel like you're in a special, wonderful place, where you feel right right at home, and can't wait to go back - this is it.

"Super convenient"
We stayed at this hotel as we had a wedding at the Four Points Sheraton, right next door. Not only did we save money, we had a great experience. I called ahead to see when check in was since we had gotten into town early and they called the housekeeper to see if our room was ready without me even asking and had it ready 3 hours before check in. Staff were friendly and actually asked with genuine interest about how our stay was. Our room was on the lower floor so when people above us walked heavily, our curtain rod would squeak, but this was minor and obviously not a huge inconvenience as people don't generally walk by the curtain area of a room often. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillows on the bed, saving us from asking for extras, though they were soft for my liking so I would recommend bringing your own if you like firmer pillows. Plenty of towels offered as well which is always nice as we tend to use the whole bathroom worth of towels and then some when both of us shower. Parking was convenient and the rooms were clean. It's clear they are also making updates to the room little by little as many of the fixtures seemed new or had the old ones nearby waiting to be properly removed after new ones were installed. I always check for bed bugs no matter where I go and this passed my inspection! Definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable way to stay in this part of the Cape!

"Watch out for extra fees"
went to the desk to check out after a two day stay. The clerk asked if a wanted to put my $45.00 breakfast charge onto my credit card. The only problem is that I had my breakfast at my favorite place called The Fairway. The matter was resolved after they reviewed the morning slips but if I had not gone to the desk the breakfast bill would have been on my credit card. Good luck with that mess.

Race Point Beach is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Race Point Beach, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Race Point Beach hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
