Spent 8 nights at this hotel. This was the overall best hotel staff I've ever had in 40+ years of vacation and business travel. Their friendliness and desire to help was amazing and genuine. The room was spacious and comfortable. The negatives were minor. The shower was small with the shower head above me. Not ideal. The hotel has very few good restaurants close by. The restaurants connected to the hotel are terrible, but there are other decent ones close by. Just no 4-5 star restaurants close. The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent. Overall, I would definitely stay there again, if I needed to be in that vicinity. However, it's a 90 minute drive by taxi, or more, to the Manila airport, so this is a consideration depending on your reason for being in Manila. Many poor people and beggars in the vicinity but I never felt threatened or fearful as I walked often to the Fisher mall more than a mile away, with many restaurant options. An overall very nice hotel.

Great nights sleep in very comfortable bed, clean room and excellent service. Very good restaurant (had breakfast each morning). The only improvement needed is in Wifi - for me it was slow and unreliable.

The front desks are very accomodating, and friendly. They explained the breakfast schedule, and the voucher that i have to give to the hotel staff before i entered the breakfast area. They also asked me when I wanted to clean my room and they give some extra towels when you needed..

Breakfast preparation quite slow.Waiter under staff. They know the number of guest who check in for breakfast. They must prepare ahead of time.I also wonder, why they issue 2 sleepers, 2 toothbrush in a room but only 1 set of soap on the toilet. The room is ok quite big but the bed is only average. But overall its ok if your planning for a short stay.

I was there for two weeks, and in the beginning of week two, the air conditioner crapped out. That was a real problem, because it was the only way to be comfortable at night. The bed was too firm, and too small for my frame, but I'm sure another person might find it perfect. The staff was really friendly and nice, but I had a local "guide" who spoke Tagalog, so there was no communication gap. The valves for the hot and cold water need to be replaced, they were very difficult to turn. And the parquet flooring needs some repairs. The refrigerator worked great! Water pressure was strong & reliable, kitchen necessities were complete. The windows didn't really close - that probably causes the electricity to be overused, and definitely makes it challenging when there are lots of sounds outside I'd prefer not to hear while trying to fall asleep.

The hotel is clean, there always people cleaning continuously. Staff is excellent and always have a welcome smile when they see you. My only complaint is that the rooms doesn't have any windows. I'm you can live with that, then it's fine. The hotel should have a restaurant so you don't have to go outside to eat if you don't feel that you have to but breakfast is great though. They have to also improve on their wifi service...
