Ricky at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. Great location! Good breakfast and a very chic hotel. Answered every question and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied during my stay. The price was beyond reasonable and they made me feel almost at home. I highly recommend it, walking distance to city center and in a university neighborhood.

"Hotel close to Botanic Garden & Queens University."
Hotel is in need of some cosmetic updating but otherwise room was ok, and staff members pleasant.Price was expensive for condition of décor. We booked a small double but got a spacious triple. Window overlooked a room and air-conditioning/ ducting units - so no view.

Great little hotel in the Queens Quarter, approx 15 minutes walk to the city centre and a bus stop right outside. The hotel is located in a busy student area, which has the potential to be noisy at night, but we arrived during Freshers Week so it was bad timing on our part! The hotel staff were really friendly and could not do enough for us. The owner told us that the hotel was going to be refurbished in the coming months so we would definitely stay here again. There is also a great cafe next door and the standard of food excellent, reasonably priced too.

Nice hotel, excellent staff. We stayed here because we were attending a wedding at the Queens University. Location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to the venue and some good restaurants nearby.
Staff at the hotel were excellent. When we arrived the gentleman on reception (Thomas?) apologized that our room was not ready, we were 3 hours in advance of check in so this was not a surprise. He took our cases and when we advised we wanted to do the hop on tour bus he offered to take our booking. He promptly called the company to pick us up and shared some information ob the city. He had finished his shift when we returned so we could not offer our thanks, but he was a very good welcoming host. The young ladies who replaced him we also found warm and friendly.
The hotel is a typical Ibis, clean, functional, no frills but good value.
A good stay.

This district is centered around the lovely campus of Queens University, the largest university in Northern Ireland. The expansive Belfast Botanical Gardens is adjacent, popular with locals and tourists alike. Some of the city’s best bars and restaurants can be found on the “Golden Mile,” the stretch of Great Victoria Street between the university and City Hall.
