Was a little concerned about the area because some of the surrounding neighborhoods. Was put at ease when I saw they had security out physically monitoring the parking lot. That said it was very close to the Emear]ld Queen Casino where we were going to see a concert.
Super friendly girl checked us in and sang Happy Birthday to me when I mentioned it was my birthday.
Clean and nicely remodeled hotel. We went down to the restaurant for a free continental breakfast but the menu options were so resonable we ordered omeletts with hash browns and toast. Only $8.00 each. Again, excellent staff and a service and food.

We had a great overnight stay last Friday. Brought two rowdy labs. Also, my son is in a 400-lb power chair, so we needed an accessible room. The suite had a beautiful view. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more, really.
Check out the Bite Restaurant on the 4th floor. Really good! Have some mile-high chocolate cake!
Didn’t have enough time to look at the works of the glass artists (one showcased on each floor) so we’ll have to return.

There was a constant clicking sound coming from the refrigerator or microwave. We called the front desk to let them know and they suggested that perhaps they could move us to another room. We were very tired though, so just put up with it..Also, we were disappointed that no casino cash was offered to us being first time visitors to the casino.
