Nice & quiet (while we were there anyway). Very well kept grounds. All staff were fantastic. Almost everything is available at the hotel if you dont want to leave. Beach is very nice. Minimal locals trying to sell wares.

I went with my girlfriend and two friends. The place was a good value for what we paid. Staff was pretty nice although we had very little interaction with them. It was a smooth check in and check out. Fernando check us in and he was great. The pool is nice and clean and stays open later than most resorts. The beach chairs were all in good condition. Beds and rooms were comfy. Parking was easy and safe.

8 years in a row and we are still amazed by the pampering from arrival to departure. Variety and quality of food is impressive with 9 different restaurants to choose from. Both beach and pool areas are kept in good condition and have varied activities throughout the day. The lazy river offers a laid back oasis to read and relax and the Spa is not to be missed. We deal with Carolina Paz of Guest Services and she is exceptional in addressing any needs or concerns we may have...."Gracias Carolina"

Staff, entertainment, beach - everything is great. Food is not your top gourmet restaurants, but very decent and is unlimited - you will not be hungry. You can eat grilled lobsters every day and there is a nice restaurant right at the beach - how great is that?! Very nice activities for kids and daily programs are nice. Tiled floor in the room (slippery) and no door to bathroom is confusing for kid-friendly hotel and as a non-smoker - smoking was not a plus (but didn`t really cause a problem). Other than that - outstanding. We spent a very nice week just staying at the resort and it was great!

I had booked 2 rooms, 1 for the girls and 1for us. I spoke to my personal concierge about needing the rooms as close as possible. They went above and beyond in accomplishing my request. The rest of the staff were just as nice. I’ll be back

It was a nice beachfront. Overall nice experience. The only thing i had an issue with was how hard it is to get food. The dining that they have isn't all that great. Its hard to get food around certain hours. Some places don't open until 12 pm. Other than trying to find food and surviving off the deli mart everything else was fine.

Pocket Guide: Puerto Morelos Puerto Morelos Hotels
Only 18 km (11 mi) south of Cancun International Airport, the sleepy village of Puerto Morelos offers calm contrast to Cancun, and to lively Playa del Carmen, 32 km (20 mi) to the south. Historically a fishing village, tourism is a relatively recent industry here. A large reef, about 500 meters from the beach, has been declared a national park, and snorkeling, diving, and kayaking are popular.
