Stayed for 4 nights in Feb , had to move rooms for last night but we had upgrade to villa for first 3 , staff very helpful & had great assistance with move . Very clean & tidy hotel . Hadn't realised there was a jacuzzi it was a big plus as couple of our days weather was a bit cloudy . Would definitely stay here again .

Great hotel, had half board - excellent, varied choice of food - some of it cooked individually to your taste (meat, fish, omelettes etc) Only complaint was Jacuzzi - despite sign saying no under 16s it was used every day as some sort of playpen for very young children (some still in nappies! ) with armbands, toys etc. Most were unaccompanied with parents on nearby sunbeds. No room for adults - staff ignored situation or smiled as walked past.

My children and I had a great time at this hotel. They enjoyed the facilities, had lots of fun in the kids club and at evening disco's. The only thing I would moan about was the constant battle for sun beds every morning but we did go in half term when the hotel was at its busiest.
The food was great and the staff worked extremely hard. Would definitely go back again.

We booked a room with an ocean view as we both had special birthdays during our stay and we were very satisfied with our room. It was a lovely surprise to receive a bottle of bubbly and cakes on our birthdays.

On arrival, we were greeted by friendly reception staff and were pleased to find that our room was ready earlier than expected. The room was spacious and consisted of a sitting area (2 sofas, table and TV), open-plan kitchen (small dining table & 4 chairs, microwave, induction hob, sink, fridge, kettle & toaster), bathroom (washbasin, toilet, open shower), and bedroom (twin beds, wardrobe, safe). There are a collection of mini-apartments at various levels- we were on the first level- i.e. up the 1st slope/steps from the reception area, rooms on 3 sides of a central 'courtyard' with sun-loungers. At the next level above this, there is the swimming pool, snack/pool bar, open-air gym (old equipment), pool table and sun-loungers- with rooms around 3 sides. There are rooms yet higher, no doubt with excellent views and I think their own balcony. Adjacent to the reception area is the restaurant and bar. The hotel is in a reasonably quiet area, about a 15-20 minute walk from the busier parts of Puerto del Carmen. We also discovered it was reasonably close to the port, but there's a steep climb on the way back!
Buffet breakfast and evening meals were excellent with a wide choice of options at both. Serving staff were friendly and attentive. We didn't go to the bar after our evening meal but it seemed quite popular and there was entertainment every evening.

Good very clean hotel close to all areas of resort. Accomodation is good. Apartments well cleaned. Clothes washing facilities very expensive. Wide variety on offer for breakfast but cooked breakfast cold and fried eggs very poor.

Lovely terrace over looking pool. Lovely pool but cold in January. Large spacious rooms & bedrooms. Bar is a bit basic but nice friendly barman & good snacks. Lovely gardens & kids pool. Spa looked great but we didn't go.

The island’s biggest and busiest resort has two very different faces. Along the beachfront is a three-kilometre long, unbroken strip of shops, restaurants and night spots. By contrast, the old port is a picturesque spot busy with fishing and pleasure boats, and overlooked by restaurants and bars, many occupying a lofty balcony position on the hill. Adjacent, the swish marina of Puerto Calero offers excursions by yacht, submarine or catamaran.
