This was one of the greatest sesonak stays I have ever had in sn off season summer town. Provincetown has the greatest views of the north atlantic. the town, 2 miles away from the hotel, is just breathtaking with its views of the bay.....even on the cloudiest day.
The French attendant didnt miss a beat on her busiest day with a wedding luming over her head as scores of guest piled in all at the same time as if a plague was coming. She was astuten, Attentive and charming as a dinut shop attendant.
Our room was clean, gorgeous, with a view to die for and there was only one more room in this sprawling motel that had a better view. We had an unexpected kitchenette that was just perfect. The charm was ever present. Gorgeous. I only wish we gad stayed longer forgoing our friends apartment that was not available to us earlier in our trip. Next trip this will certainly be the place ro stay.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. Each for a couples getaway of sorts. It has such a relaxing feel and the inn keepers are very friendly with guidance of all sorts from where to eat to things to do. We love staying here and plan on doing so again in the future.

Beautiful and cozy spot. It is right off the main strip. The staff are all so lovely! Made excellent recommendations for spots to visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Provincetown. 5PM wine and cheese time was a real bonus.

Lovely (informative and helpful) owners, quaint guest house, excellent location, room on the small side but well laid out. Didn't like the the mattress on mattress arrangement (but that's a personal thing)

First time visited Cape Cod. By chance chose to stay at this hotel in PTown. The hotel is beautiful, cozy,
well kept. Staff, especially Dale the manager, is very nice and welcoming. Location is perfect, only a few
minutes walking distance to Commercial Street where you can dine and shop, and few minutes to the waterfront. Breakfast tastes good with plenty varieties. Purchasing hotel parking at $14 per night to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot is recommended. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sage Inn proved to be one of the best B&Bs I have ever booked. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the room was surprisingly equipped relative to other P Town establishments. I highly recommend it and plan on returning.

For more than a century, P-Town has been a bohemian haven. Each summer crowds flock to town for raucous times including a week-long carnival in August. Galleries, bookstores, antique shops, and kitschy boutiques line Commercial Street, the three-mile main thoroughfare. Panoramic views are enjoyed from the top of the 252-foot Pilgrim Monument. The sun rises and sets on the north-facing Race Point Beach.
