Staff interaction was horrible. Very unprofessional when asked to accommodate my needs. I asked to speak with the manager and was told I would receive a call from him once he arrived. His estimated time of arrival to the location kept getting pushed back every time I spoke to an associate. I'm not sure if he was there the whole time and they were just lying to me but I did see him walking the premises during my departure. I never received a call from the manager and my plans for the day were ruined because of it.

Traveling with my son we made a last minute decision to stay in Port Saint Lucie and we found a great deal on Expedia forthright Hilton Garden Inn! The ambiance & decor were very pleasing but the highlight was the room comfort!! Outstanding! Thanks for a great memory!

This trip was a mom/ daughter trip to see my grandpa. We came down from New York. Last year we stayed across the street at spring hill suites but wanted to try something new this time. We loved the Hampton Inn Suites!! From right when we walked in the door not a single mean person we encountered. Shout out to the girl who checked us in and the young lady who does breakfast!! I work at a very busy midtown manhattan hotel and both of them could've held their own there! Informative friendly genuine and a very positive outlook on everything. Breakfast was delicious, a nice assortment of goodies. Coffee was delicious. Very good value for yor money here! Beds comfy, rooms quiet. Elevators fast. Everything up to date. Can't find anything negative to say about it :) will come back!!
