The hotel is quirky inside with lovely decor throughout. Our room was at the back but this didn't spoil our stay one bit. The location was perfect, close enough to everything especially the beach and restaurants but a little more secluded than some other hotels. Breakfast outside in the sunshine is lovely and the food varied slightly each day with a vast selection to choose from. We ate here a couple of nights too and the food was delicious, especially the paella. Some of the staff were more friendly than others but all were very attentive and professional.
The only negative things I can think of is our shower leaked practically to the bed on our first night. I'm not sure if the glass door to the bathroom is meant to act as a shower screen but it didn't work. We complained but nobody came to take a look and so we resorted to a rolled up towel on the floor acting as a barrier. I imagine this is the same in all of the rooms. Another downside was we weren't allowed to sit outside with an early evening drink without a meal even though we were guests and it wasn't busy. It seemed this was the rule and a shame really because it's just the place you'd like to sit with a drink and watch the world go by. You can sit in the lounge inside which although is nice isn't exactly what you want to do when it's still sunny outside and want to make the most of it.

Brilliant hotel located one street back from the idilic Pinwalk and beaches. Great accommodation with comfy beds, small kitchen and balcony for eating in if you are looking to. Short bus ride to the old town which houses quaint cobbled streets, shops and squares as well as a magnificent church.

The position of the hotel was fantastic, right on the waters edge and far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the center .Our room (418 ) was on the side ,with sea view & balcony , ideal for watching some fabulous sunsets .Front rooms tended to become very hot in full sun , as noted by some guests we spoke to. The room was very comfortable ,
spotlessly clean and well equiped .Staff were very friendly at all times and the food was tasty and beautifully presented - fine dining at its best .We shall certainly return again and would definitely recommend it to those seeking a memorable holiday .

Initial impressions were very good, hotel was clean and well presented. Check in was easy.
Gym facilities were very good.
Room was spotless, limited in crockery and implements if wanting to use as full self catering.
Bed was firm, a bit too firm for us but that is personal.
Not sure the frosted toilet/shower door is a good idea if it is not a couple sharing as it is quite transparent and sights directly onto the living area.
Would recommend a pool view as the back apartments got no sun at all, making drying swim suits, cycle wear and towels tricky.
Pool bar was nice, didn't eat in the hotel as preferred to try different restaurants.

This is our second visit to this hotel. The décor is lovely and very Majorcan. Staff delightful and we were given the opportunity to keep our room till late afternoon on the day of departure at no extra cost. We like this hotel very much.

Northwest Mallorca’s prettiest town, Pollensa is sited in the northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Its characterful Old Town dates from the 17th and 18th centuries; walk to the top of its Via Crucis for great views. The port and beach area, Puerto Pollensa, is a relaxed modern mid-rise resort set on a wide bay with white sand beaches. The Pollensa International Classical Music Festival (July and August) attracts international stars.
