When I check in at 23.00, they did not find my reservation and the hotel is fully booked. The check in employee was friendly and do what he can to assist . After 2 hours , I am finally in my room . The room is clean . Only one problem : the toilet does not flush well . It seems that all the rooms has the same issue due to the water pressure of the building .

Spent one night at the Hyatt in Mexico City en route from Huatulco back to New York. It's about a thirty minute taxi ride (400 Pesos) to the hotel which is located in a pleasant district of Mexico City (Polanco). There are some excellent restaurants in Polanco, and over all it is a much better solution than staying one one of the airport hotels which are expensive and uncomfortable.

I had the luck to stay at hotel Busue from Sunday to Wed and it was perfect. The room was a great size, amenities were perfect, the shower, the bed, the service. Greatly located walking distance from many places I usually go to in Mexico.

The Polanco area is a collection of seven neighborhoods bordering Mexico City’s famed Chapultepec Park. Both residential and commercial, the area hosts trendy night clubs and high-end boutiques. Chapultepec Park contains many cultural and recreational attractions, including the amazing Anthropology Museum, with the largest collection of pre-Columbian art in the Americas on display.
