we stayed at this hotel 3 years ago before it became partly deluxe, we stayed in the de luxe part of the hotel this time and the room was very modern with 2 double beds . the separate restaurant for breakfast was very good and the range of food excellent.

This was a long overdue holiday for my husband and I, and he chose the hotel from the ratings, it's location (very close to restaurants and bars) and the fact it was an adult only hotel. It was delightful from the moment we arrived. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We were shown to our room, or suite, and we were both very impressed by the size and decor. We had robes, slippers, a nespresso machine and water, much more than either of us expected, but the little touches such as the fresh flowers really made it. The pool area and sunloungers was lovely with areas of shade if you wanted and lots of parasols! Bar prices were really reasonable (compared to most) if you were not on all inclusive and we ate snacks there a few times. All in all a wonderful relaxed holiday and I would recommend it!!

Fantastic family friendly hotel. Room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony. We had a sliding partition betweent he lounge and bedroom that meant we could put baby down for a nap and still enjoy the balcony. We used the kids pool and adult only pool which were very good, apart from people reserving sunbeds.
Food was good in the buffet restaurant and the Italian. My wife didn't enjoy her main course in the Chinese restaurant but the starters were ok.
My son(23months) enjoyed the mini disco and the indoor play area. The Playa Mujeres beach to the east of the hotel is well worth the walk. Doable with a sturdy buggy but we carried the little one after our first attempt with our buggy.

It was a great place with a good atmosphere in the day around the "Party pool" but once it goes 6 the entertainment is shabby simialar to watching Mr Bean while your mums hovering at the age of 30!! There is also a restraunt all you can eat there but dont be fooled we were advised everything in the room was 14 Euros each so we sat down with our food and cup of orange juice one of the staff belive his name was antonio came over quite aggressivly and advised we would have to pay for the drinks although he stated it was all inclusive with the 14 euros food was medicocre the puddings were great. For a good night out if you come make sure to check out jungle on the sea front about a 5-10 min walk.

My family and I spent 5 days here. If you are looking for some peace and quiet - then this is the place. Staff constantly check if you are happy. The restaurant staff are brilliant - even on Christmas Day they were working with a smile. Chefs are great too.
Kids liked the jacuzzi. Two areas they could improve on is having a heated swimming pool and maybe a bit more fun for kids (I had two boys - 7 and 11 years old).
Overall, fully recommend this place to anyone!!!

The original port and fishing village maintain an agreeable low-key buzz with good bars and restaurants, but it is the beaches that make Playa Blanca famous. West of the centre, on past the new and expanding fashionable Marina Rubicón, and a clutch of luxury hotels, lie the island’s finest golden white coves, known collectively as the Papagayo beaches. Three small cafes are the only development in this protected area.
