"Excellent hotel located near museums and history"
The room was nice, the staff were helpful, and the hotel is centrally located near lots of tourist destinations and tram stops. I assume I got a pretty good price through Expedia for an early November stay. My only concern is that the price for the very good hot buffet breakfast was kinda high.

This family-friendly Dresden hotel is located in the historical district, steps from Festung Dresden, Church of Our Lady, and …More
Our only complaint is that we requested a room close to the elevator as we both have mobility issues. We were told at check out that it was close but it was not. It was also in a part of the hotel that was farthest away from the reception and entrance.

Great hotel, staff was extremly helpful. Resturant was excellect. It had great reviews in the German papers. Recommend it for at least one dinner, but you must make reservation. It fills up will local people. Most men had a suit and tie on for dinner. We were the only non Germans in the hotel all week but that was not a problem, staff spoke excellent English. I will stay here any time I am in Dresden.

This hotel is just a 5 min walk away from the castle and other major attractions. Set up on the hill, you have beautiful views of the valley from the terrace. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and eager to help.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel on the way through to Prague. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No dinner but great breakfast. I have gluten free and the rolls were gorgeous, fresh and warm. Unfortunately there was a political rally under our window on the second night but that is not the fault of the hotel. The only other unfortunate thing was the Frauenkirche bells waking us up at 7:00 in the morning, but otherwise it's a great hotel and central to everything. Even the car park which seemed a long walk when we got there, it's a huge car park and my car ended up directly under the hotel and we could get the lift straight down to the car park from our floor. Rooms were lovely and beds very comfortable. Would stay there again if we are ever back that way.
