"A nice hotel that has lots of facilities around it"
This is a very popular hotel, arriving on a Saturday meant the room wasn't ready until 4pm, so be aware of this especially at weekends when Pigeon Forge is busy and this hotel is particularly busy. The room itself was well proportioned and clean. The level of interior fit is very high and the services within the rooms equally high - including large fire, fridge, small kitchenette and a nice modern bathroom.

This is a fantastic facility. We stayed in a family suite that had the bathroom & wall separating the master bedroom from the kids bunk beds. Room was clean & very nice.
The only draw back was the air conditioner was on the wall in the master bedroom. If you closed the door to the master then the front where the bunk beds are would get really hot. You also had to keep the master turned down to sub zero to keep the front of the room cool & comfortable. Other than that the resort is wonderful.

My kids loved that we were close to a little river! It had an indoor pool, which was great because it was raining the first 2 days! The pool wasn't crowded and the kids had a great time. The room was great and we had a kitchen, living area, washer & dryer, and everything was just great.
