Comfy hotel with enormous room in embassy land. Great French cafe across the street along with Sushi restaurant. Nearby grocery store, cafes and shopping. Bus lines to downtown and airport connections one minute walk. Underground 10 minute walk. Free wifi and umbrellas in case it rains (which it did once). Delicious and wholesome breakfasts included in room price.

We have booked a room at this hotel for one night prior to flying overseas.
The location of the hotel is excellent, a beautiful, upscale area of Bucharest.
There are many new restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The hotel is located close to a main boulevard and about 15 minutes drive to the airport.
The room itself was large with a rustic feel. The bathroom lacks lighting. It only had a few 10 watt bulbs. The bed was a disappointment and impossible to sleep on. A king size bed with two twin size mattresses that would make you fall in the center. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The bed was extremely loose and every time you moved it shifted left and right and the headboard banged the wall. We woke up in the middle of the night with the people's above us bed banging the wall. When you stay at a hotel for only one night, the most important thing is the bed for a comfortable night sleep.
Our room faced a back alley and the alley cats were having a New Year celebration that also disturbed our sleep.
The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant has a beautiful glass enclosed terrace that faces the street.

Nice, centrally located , very close to Piata Romana and Piata Amzei, easy access to the Metro. Access to wonderful places to eat. In the evening, is nice to have a walk around the area. Room very clean and comfortable. As I have used this hotel several times I can say that some of the rooms are variable in size, but I prefer the small cosy rooms to the larger ones. the staff are very helpful and they can advise regarding getting around, bookings etc
If you rent a car there is often a place to park on the street but pay attention for some parking restrictions and avoid blocking residential parking

We found this hotel a good choice for Bucharest. It's small and friendly, the location is great-close to everything, but kind of out of the noise and heavy traffic. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good with excellent coffee choices. Overall, a decent hotel for the traveler looking for a good place to stay and enjoy the city.

Hotel is located in the nice area of Dorobanti Capitale. Close proximity to all public transportation a short walk from the prime minister's office and right nearby nice shops and cafes. The hotel is indeed a true 4 star no more and perhaps no less. Easy access to all venues in Bucharest and for a reasonable room rate. Few points need to be addressed: bed lamp was not working, tv are small by today's standards and for a 4 star hotel (tv set is appropriate for a 3 star hotel or below). The biggest disappointments though are the presence of vermin in the room (on our three day stay we have seen 2 bugs and not the nice kind); bathroom shower had a smell coming from the water drain and they have parties on Friday and Saturday so the hotel felt like a frathouse.

The Piata Romana neighborhood is home to the prominent Academy of Economic Studies, foreign embassies, museums, and theaters. The bustling Piata Romana Square is well-known for its Lupoaica statue. When in the mood for a shopping spree, stroll down the Magheru Boulevard to find an eclectic mix of international and local designer stores, well-stocked libraries, and sidewalk vendors.
