I only stayed one night.
Overall the staff was friendly and willing to help as needed
Everything was clean, I think they were doing some remodeling or construction outside
had breakfast in the morning before checking out: not bad, eggs, sausage, waffle, yogurt, variety of cereals, muffins, toast, only complaint was potatoes were cold.

You have to spray the room, I saw two cucarachas and that is not related to cleaning workers, they did good job. YOu guys must spray the room to kill all them. Sadly there is a store that plays music loud a late night, it was hard to sleep when they you playing music. Other than that I liked the rest

We travel to the area monthly, and have been disappointed in the hotel offerings. Especially chains that elsewhere in Texas are great. This time we spent a little more to stay here.
Pros- enough plugs/chargers in the room, good lighting, beautiful bathroom, tolerable continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and fresh make your own waffles. It is a pretty good location.
Cons- not enough seating in the room and the chairs and beds were not super comfortable. Also it abuts the airport and you could hear the planes. They seemed to be remodeling and there was construction mess even on floors not under construction.

This was booked last minute when we could not stay with a family member when visiting. I know the area and knew that the fifty dll per night was going to be a good deal. I knew what to expect and only needed a place to sleep.
We checked in around 11 pm and the employee was very nice and helpful. He gave us a room in the first floor, but unfortunately people next to our room had the door open and were partying with loud music. The front desk quickly apologized and got us a room on the second floor.
Our room was overall clean. I only found a dirty q-tip by the window, not going to blame maids for missing this.
Bed was OK, sheets are hard and not the most comfortable, but like I said... I knew what to expect.
Bathroom was clean, did not shower, so not sure on that.
AC was alright, did not cool enough so had to bring it down a good amount.
The main negatives I have were about too much outside light coming through the cracks of windows (I think there was a neon sign or something right outside) and walls being paper thin. Next door guest had the TV on ALL night and it was a little hard to ignore. I was just so tired I didn't want to deal with it.
Easy check out in the morning with another friendly employee.
