nice budget hotel close to everything, but a small flight of stairs outside to reach reception, not much good when you are lugging suitcases, or for the disabled, could do with a slope, no one around to help, a man off the street helped us take our cases to reception!

The hotel is a great location. Spacious room and great lay out. But the room needs a soft refurbishment. Decor is very old, scratched and chipped and the chairs are very dirty and stained. Beds were comfy with nice linen. Staff were friendly and pool a great asset. Bathroom on the small side and needs a good clean with bleach. But overall we had a good stay.

Brilliant service. We had to drop our bags and leave, so the porter collected our luggage from our vehicle and took them up to our room, ready for us when we returned - so convenient!
Opposite the Perth Arena; handy for attending any events there.
For a 4 or 5 star hotel, the price is amazing - bargain! Cheaper than Air BnB places in the same area and it comes with all the hotel services!

The country's fourth largest city and booming capital of Western Australia is sprawling, but downtown Perth proper is bounded by the Swan River and the Graham Farmer Freeway and easily covered on foot. Museums, galleries, shopping malls, and pedestrian precincts characterise the CBD, while parkland wanders along the riverfront. The downtown area also encompasses East Perth, a former industrial zone now converted to residential streets, and Northbridge, a restaurant and nightlife hotspot that is also home to Perth's Cultural Centre.
