I would recommend this to any person traveling to the Peoria (Phoenix) AZ area for a short stay. I was looking for a place to sleep while visiting family and friends for the weekend and was not planning to spend a great deal of time at the property.
This property is located at the ASU International School of Business. This is not a hotel but not a motel either. Sort of a hybrid. They offer a self-service breakfast and lunch and there is unlimited access to, snacks, soda, water, juice, cookies, candies, fresh fruit, and more for no extra cost available 24-7. There is a business center and a pool for getting cooled off if needed.
For the cost I was expecting a motel like setting but - got much much more!

When I arrived, there was a spill in the elevator that was there the following day. In my room, there were signs of carpet deterioration near the exterior window and the refrigerator would not cool my drinks.
Other than that, a beautiful hotel perfectly located for my business meetings.

This suburb claims one of Arizona’s aquatic treasures: Lake Pleasant. Located in Peoria’s northern fringes, Lake Pleasant is the state’s second biggest lake. Fishing, boating, water and Jet Skiing are popular activities here. The Peoria Sports Complex is a venue for Major League Baseball spring training. Next door, the Arrowhead Towne Center is considered the area’s Restaurant Row.
