"Everything was " over the top"! A perfect get awa"
All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They totally understand customer service and satisfaction and went above and beyond to make our experience a most memorable and favorable one. I don't think in the six days we were there that we ever passed an employee, whether associated with the hotel or grounds, that did not cheerfully speak to us! By mid- stay, several were even acknowledging us by our first names. We never went without anything that we didn't receive, within reason. From day one, when Wawanda escorted us to our room on the sixth floor facing Grace Bay..... what an incredible view all week, esp the sunrises and sunsets.... we just knew in our hearts that we had made the right choice of accommodations. We had asked for a water view and, boy, did they deliver!! From the excellent service on the beach by Leli and Don, to the exquisite service in the breakfast restaurant by Kingsley and her fine staff, and the out of this world made to order omlets by Danieli and Mamba and the fresh cut fruit daily, we just felt like we were on top of the world!!!!! My wife and I were there celebrating our 48 year anniversary and EVERYONE made it a most memorable and fairy tale come true experience! The room and service were perfect, the grounds were so manicured and beautiful, the fitness room was very well equipped, the rum punches were deliciously habit forming, the beach was pristine and so inviting and relaxing..... We've already made our decision to return soon!!! 5 Star

"Fantastic Value in Turks & Caicos "
We absolutely loved Alexandra. The staff was amazing and one of the big things for us was being able to use all of the water equipment for free. We used the paddle boards everyday and the snorkel gear, the sail boats, it was a huge value that's included in any package. The customer service was outstanding. Any problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. We were worried about booking here because the rate seemed a lot lower than others on Grace Bay but we actually thought the resort was way better than some of the nearby resorts that were double the price and on the same beach! We would highly recommend Alexandra. A beautiful, clean, safe resort in the heart of Grace Bay.

It's a very nice place to go for a nice vacation. I went there with my daughter and we had an excellent time,I highly recommend it if you want to stay away from the crowd. The hotel has a nice private beach and a small market across which was very convenient for us.

"Great place to stay on Grace Bay"
Visited the Turks and Caicos July 16-22, 2017. Had a great time. We stayed at the Ocean Club East which is the next to last resort on the east end of Grace Bay. The water was clam and beautiful all week. Probably, the nicest beach I have ever visited. We had a one bedroom/ocean view. My wife and I had a bedroom while our 15 year old daughter slept on a sofa bed in the living room which she said was comfortable. The unit was clean and well equipped. We ate most breakfasts and some lunches in the room while we ate dinner out ever night. The Ocean Club East has an on the beach more casual restaurant where we enjoyed fish sandwiches, burgers, fruit and other items during the week. Also, the bar there serves the beach area and Bendi was very good and came around the beach often. He would even deliver drinks out to us when standing/floating in the ocean. The resort also has a fine dining restaurant called Opus which we ate at one evening and had a very nice meal. We rented a car for the week which I would recommend so we could easily get to the grocery or go out in the evening to other restaurants. However, the real attraction to Grace Bay and this resort is the beach and water. It is the clearest and most turquoise colored water of any beach I have ever been to. Would recommend this hotel and this area to others.

"Nice hotel, 5 minute walk to the beach"
The room is decent with full kitchen, it has everything you need pots, pans, plates utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Everything you need if you want to save money and not eat out all the time. One bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room good enough for two kids. The manager Ariel does light housekeeping, so the lamps and tables are a bit dusty. For the price and location it was worth staying here.

" July 2017"
This is our 7th visit to the Turks and it is the ONLY place we will stay! We LOVE it here! The resort is quiet, and offers a "homey" feeling. IT is always clean, and has a friendly staff. The restaurant provides a nice selection of meal choices. They have "happy hour" and music in the bar area each evening. If you are looking for loud music and activities for children during the day, this is not where you should be. It has a beautiful beach with white sand and clear, blue water. We rent a car and snorkel each day. At the end of our stay, check-out is at 11a.m. However, our flight always leaves late in the day. Following check-out we hang out at the beach as opposed to sitting in the airport. It would be nice to have a room where we could quickly shower, clean up and change before leaving on the flight. With or without this convenience, we will be back again!!

Pelican Beach is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Pelican Beach, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Pelican Beach hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
