This is the first time I’ve ever experienced actual hospitality from a hotel. I arrived way ahead of check in time, yet they gladly put away my suitcase and offered me a snack. The mini bar is complementary and the breakfast is very reasonably priced. They also welcome you at their other properties throughout the city for refreshments at no additional cost. Indeed, true hospitality.

Darling little hotel in an excellent location. The room was tiny, but impeccably clean. Staff is good and helpful. I didn’t get a VIP recognition or upgrade. The VIP gift was provided only after asking for it repeatedly.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and a fully restocked mini bar every day. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming, and even held our luggage for us at no charge, which was so appreciated. The location couldn’t have been better: surrounded by great restaurants, just steps from the metro, and only about a 30-minute walk to many of the major tourist attractions. Charming village-like neighborhood around the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

Nice week in Paris

The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Montmarte and just a block from a Metro stop (with another stop 2 blocks away). There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops and the area felt very safe. The free snacks and drinks were a welcome treat and made it so easy to grab something quickly after a long day of touring the city. The staff were so friendly and always offered great suggestions and advice. The only downside was that we were on the top (6th) floor and our shower was so small and tight. It was difficult to take a shower without getting water everywhere. The people we traveled with were on the 5th floor and their room and bathroom didn't feel nearly as cramped as our room. The elevator can also be a bit slow and there is only one elevator that goes to the 6th floor. I would request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor so that you can more easily just use the stairs. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay there again.

Loved everything about this hotel. It keeps the charm of Paris in every nook and cranny with a modern twist (decor, AC, elevators, kettle in room). Rooms were on the small side (we only got the standard) but it was cute and cozy and good enough for 2. There is breakfast at an additional cost - great selection. And it is so close to the Metro, cafes, boulangeries, pharmacy. It’s 15 mins walk to Moulin Rouge (rue de Clichy). It’s 20-25 mins to Galeries Lafayette, Palais Garnier, Louvre, Tuileries Gardens. The lobby has drinks (water, pop, juice, coffee/tea) and they have snacks available ie biscuits, pastries, cookies, donuts. It’s in the 9th arrondissement. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend.
