Convenient with a restaurant in the premises, rooms are comfortable with few basic utensils and plates for quick bites. Staffs was friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel is like an apartment. They will charge you €50 if you don't throw your trash out and wash your dishes when you check out. The hotel is 5-7 minutes away from train station but it's too far from the city. It takes 1 hr to the city or 40 minutes by uber.

The cleaning staff sprays something in all the rooms that had my daughter and I extremely sick with headaches and nausea. The room had furniture that was falling apart and gross.

The place was clean, kitchenette worked well. AC didn’t work at all during the time we were there. Told the front desk twice and they said they would turn it on as it seemed to be remotely controlled but it never worked. Not sure if something was wrong with it but we gave up asking. Also ran out of shampoo/body wash and also asked twice for more and never got any. Was told it was a day time housekeeping issue and had nothing on hand at night for customers. Beds were comfy, area was quiet and pretty close to the main subway line that went into paris, but that was about it. If those 2 issues were solved, i would have enjoyed the stay much more.

When we checked in the shower was missing any shampoo. We stayed 3 nights and kept asking for shampoo but they couldn’t manage to get any to refill the dispenser. The air conditioning didn’t work very well at all (just blowing out hot air… usually better to just open the window). There were only blackout curtains so the only way to have privacy meant you were in total darkness. On the other hand it was right on the RER line to Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. In general neighborhood was safe but felt slightly sketchy across the bridge at night.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. A bus stop in front of the hotel, a tram only about 5 minutes walk, a RER (train station) also 5 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly, specially Raoul, who always greed us with a big smile. This hotel has washing machines & dryer you can used anytime for only 4 Euros. Also, if you need anything, just ask them, they'll give u. But the thing I like the most is there're a boulangerie across the street with excellent breads, croissants, and an flea market open on Sunday where you can get anything you need (from sun screen to shoes ... etc.) for a very cheap price. I just love the location of this hotel, with spectacular view of the Seine River.

While the hotel itself is clean and well located on the border of the Seine river (I had a river view), I was disappointed to find small ants in the room, and I was on the 5th floor (4e étage)! This made my life miserable. If you left a minute piece of bread or something sweet or foody anywhere in the room, those ants would invade it and so you have to basically always clean all surfaces and hide anything foody in the microwave or fridge. Unfortunately, even when you did this, there were the garbage cans, where you would soon find trails of small ants lining up to feast on your garbage. Your bed is not spared if you leave crumbs of food tin it. I signaled this to the hotel people on my second day of stay out of 5 nights, but nothing was done. I had wanted to renew my stay here for another 5 days, but I had to check out to find another hotel close to the CDG airport, as I wasn’t sure if this was just happening to my room or other rooms as well. Besides this issue, it is actually a nice clean hotel with an RER train station not too far away.

Excellent apartment, reasonably priced, clean with very friendly staff. After 11:00 pm, difficult to reach back to the hotel. One has to take Uber. Cleaning was to be done after 6 days which should be done at least after 3 days. I give 8 out of 10

No wheelchair access parking! Hight restriction onsite parking. Reception staff was not welcoming! He was talking to someone long time, no eye contact when I arrived to check in, it was very late around 2am, after long drive, we wanted to check in and go to sleep we had to drive next day to London. When I ask if there is any disabled parking bay near by he said he doesn’t when there was right near the front of the hotel in the main road. Toilet was not cleaned! Not booked this hotel again or will not recommend to anyone!
