We loved this hotel. The staff was attentive, the location was excellent. Breakfast was nicer than most as was everything else in the hotel. Beautiful fresh flowers everywhere, along with a quiet elegance, I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is great for a short break in Palma. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby, not far from the Cathedral or beach, great shopping on your doorstep. While we loved our room and spent a lot of time on the roof terrace (wished we'd had a balcony but you don't really get them in the Old Town), it was the staff that made this hotel - they really care that you have the best holiday 🙂

Spend there one night and had 2 rooms, nicely located in the northern part of Mallorca downtown.
Clean and modern common area. Very attentive personnel. The rooms seem a little bit old but both were cleaned and everything.worked.
There is a main breakfast and bar area which we did. It use and high speed internet.

Hotel is very welcoming and staff are pleasant and efficient. Ideal location for main centre of Palma and Santa Catalina area with many bars and restaurants. Possibly best for a few days city break rather than a sunbathing holiday as there is no outdoor relaxation area. Extremely large and very comfortable beds which is always a good thing. Large, bright and airy room. Would stay here again.
