I would have given this hotel 5 out of 5 if they has not totally screwed up our new year in palma. We had a restaurant booked before we left uk but it was a bit pricey. On arrival on 29th Dec we asked about the hotels arrangements as was told that they had 3 places left so we confirmed we would have 2. On new years eve afternoon about 5 I noticed that they were setting tables and enquired where we were sitting to be told that they had no record of our booking. After much tooing and frowing they said that they could add an extra two but at 8 o'clock. When we sat down we were given the normal menu not the new years menu and non of the other guests starting arriving to 9. We ate our meal and left and wandered around palma but the few bars and restaurants that were open understandably were fully booked. No apologies received from the hotel so our worst new years eve to date care of the hotel.

Modern design hotel located in a commercial zone near the old town, shops, and restaurants of Palma de Mallorca.More
We stayed in the hotel for three nights in mid January 2016. The hotel is in a great location within the old city. A little unusual in its layout due to the building being very old. Modern contemporary fittings but our bathroom was next to the bed with a poor fitted sliding door! I understand that all the rooms are different in layout.
Staff were excellent and our overall experience was good. We would stay there again if not in an alternative room.

Bus stop close by to Palma and Airport. Bus stopped at bus station to transfer from local bus to anywhere on island. We were there during San Sebastian so parades and shows to see. Good restaurants everywhere. We just love the old town of Palma along with the Cathedral

Rooms currently being renovated so a bit of construction noise, main gripe is out of 40 odd tv channels only British one was bbc news 24 and the in room air conditioning control doesnt actually control the system, it is over run from reception so you don't have control over the room temperature.Great location though a 5 minute walk to the center of shopping and nightlife with many bars open late till after 3 even on a monday, secure underground car park on site and all the staff were very pleasant.

It is perfect in every way. We had the junior suite which for the extra 30 Euros per night was well worth it! Breakfast amazing, ambience so cool without a hint of pretentiousness. Would love to pick it up and take it home!

I had a lovely few days' stay in the Hotel Sant Francesc in early Jan. It's a fabulous place - very beautiful, without being showy, amazing staff, a brilliant restaurant (better than the most recommended restaurant in the city!), incredible wellbeing services, and a really special rooftop bar and pool. Would totally recommend this place!
