Nice quiet location near main areas. Family friendly! The staff was excellent! The beds are comfortable! The only disappointment was misunderstanding the extent of the construction going on. We picked this hotel because of the Cabana areas, which were non-existent due to construction when we stayed. I'm sure it's going to be beautiful and amazing when it's done. The pool was open. It was clean as well as nice and warm regardless of time of day. We really enjoyed our trip here.

"Quirky and full of personality"
We only booked to stay in Palm Springs to break up the journey between Monument Valley and LA, however after checking in to this hotel we were gutted we hadn't booked to stay longer. The beds were comfortable and rooms were kitted out with Tiki details. The pool area was soooo inviting (and I'm not usually bothered with pools)- chilled out atmosphere with good music.

"Nice Older Hotel, Good Staff, Kitchen Option"
I enjoyed staying at the 7 Springs, though I did not get the exact room location I previously requested. The staff were very polite and , in addition to skillfully listen to my initial disappointment, were overall very helpful and considerate, even in small but meaningful ways. I booked a suite with a kitchen and I enjoyed my heating my own food. (Sorry, but based upon my limited experience with restaurants in Palm Springs, I prefer to heat or cook my own food). Though I only stayed one night, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel does not heat the water in the two swimming pools at all for six months or so of the year (including April). The staff assured me that the hot tubs are well heated, but I ordinarily love to swim on a trip. Ask staff about parking. Ask staff about the water in the showers. (some go from hot to cold, others from cold to hot, depending on the room)

"Spring break getaway for a few days. Drove in from"
Overall, great experience. Only feedback I'd offer is have the check in staff give a run down of what's available at the hotel and when. We didn't know we could pop over to the desk area for coffee or when the pool hours operated. Because there's very little literature in the room (beside the spa treatment menu), it was unclear what our options were.

"Replace the carpet!"
The rooms are large with 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. However once you step out of your room into the hallway you can see and smell the deteriorating worn carpet that makes you feel dirty and that the resort is in disrepair. They should ha e showers near the pool and jacuzzi so guests do not use the pools as bath tubs. The jacuzzi water was cloudy and too dirty to use. I expected better since I was charged a daily resort fee!

"Fun stay at the Ace"
We spent a couple nights at the ace during trip to Palm Springs. The pool is busy but the amenities are quite nice, no charges for loungers etc. And the people watching is great. The rooms are the nicest of any Ace Ive stated at, the bed was unbelievably comfortable. At night they have lovely outdoor fireplaces lit up where it was quiet enough to cozy up with a book. However... there are TONS of kids at this hotel. Like a lot of families. I love kids and actually enjoy the sound of them playing around the pool. However, due to the layout of the facilities one finds them inside grabbing a drink with wet, yelling kids running through the bar. The restairant was chockablock full of kids, and what i found annoying was securing spota at the pool early then being asked to move multiple times by mommies who came later but wanted a bunch of front row chairs together for their families. Lastly... staff need to up their game. Theres no clear process for service aroubd the pool or outdoor restaurant and no one makes the time to explain it. I asked about breakfast a d was told to sit where there was a table and after waiting for half ab hour i asked another staff, who told me i needed to check in at the bar first. (With an eye roll). After waiting another 10 i conceded defeat and went for a lovely brunch elsewhere.

Palm Springs is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Palm Springs, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Palm Springs hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
