Just a few hours rest after a fifteen hour flight before taking another long flight. Very efficiently met off my plane and taken to my room. Excellent in every way. The only thing is I wish they would put a bowl of fruit in the room. They used to. It’s very welcome after a long journey....

Nice hotel at the center of shaikh zaid rd. their main guests for business which has so many facilities to fulfill this purpose. the mall is accessed from the lobby which is a plus. I really like the hotel and the services they provide. Not mention they upgraded my room for free
Cons: it will cost you at least 200 dh for the valet and its the only option they got to park your car which is very unconvinced. there is one way to access to the hotel which is difficult to reach.

I took my mum here as a surprise birthday present and it was very nice. very clean, friendly staff, nice sized room. The pool on the roof is small but i didn't go for that, plus i think nearly all the hotels with a rooftop pool are small, if your staying in the city it isn't really a 'pool holiday' kind of place.
Although the maps look like everything of interest is close together, it is misleading, you need to get a cab or metro everywhere, the cabs are cheap, i didn't use the metro. The hotel does have free courtesy buses that take you to and from the beach and the shopping malls.
The hotel had a Starbucks in the lobby, we drank and ate there so much that it is now our favorite cafe choice! The lifts were so shiny, mirrored and clean that i kept missing them when they opened and stood waiting for them to arrive far longer than needed!
A big thank you to Alfie on the front desk, he was really helpful booking our trips to see the sights.

This hotel is spectacular... I felt like I was in a palace.
It is so clean and the staff simply lovely... however
We found the food and drink prices insanely expensive.
We were traveling with our 2 university student sons
And the food prices actually shocked us. We made use of the free shuttle bus
To source more economical cafes and restaurants.
Buffett breakfast was included and out of the world, so many choices.

"Great hotel and facilities just don’t price check."
This hotel is glamorous and chic. The staff ratio excellent with there always being someone to help you. No waiting even when calling room service or housekeeping the wait times are completely acceptable.
I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a city view, if I returned I would go for the fountain view however, how long are you really in your room or suite.
The dark tones of the decor are sometimes annoying in particular in your room as you sometimes want and need bright lights.
Obviously the location means no beach acccess but fantastic secret entrance to the Dubai Mall. Just ask !!
Overall this is a great place for people who really appreciate a great product and service and who are prepared to pay for it.
