Whilst the reception area was undergoing renovation this caused minimal disruption. The villa was of excellent standard and well equipped for self-catering. The pool and recreation area offered a great variety of indoor and outdoor pools and the children enjoyed the water slide. Unfortunately the lazy river pool was closed for maintanance during our visit which was disappointing.
Staff were courteous and assisted with our requirements however our request for a later checkout was denied even though occupancy was low.
Overall a nice relaxing break and appreciated staying in a quieter period as I can imagine the resort would be extremely busy if occupancy were much higher.

"Amazing and affordable hotel close to everything!!"
We had a spectacular experience here! The rooms are clean, the staff is nice and considerate. It was quiet and comfortable, and the pool was a nice perk! This hotel was super affordable and way above all expectations you may have when booking a hotel this affordable. It was close to everything, and 15 minutes from the beach! We are moving to the Palm Coast area and were visiting to look at houses. Everyone knows that moving can be stressful. The quiet and comfortable atmosphere made for an amazing experience! The breakfast is great and will save you money from eating out everyday. Our room had a kitchenette so we were able to buy groceries and save money on all our meals as well. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family for any travels they may go on. Thank you for such a lovely experience Microtel:)

"Off the Beaten Path - Nice Hotel - awkward local"
Very difficult to find with obscure signage. On motorbike, we struggled to find this Hotel, which was behind the Home Depot. Fitness facility was dirty and under construction. Ice machines didn't work!

The staff was rude. They banged on our door around check out time and then the front desk rang our room as we were in the middle of leaving. Never have I been in a hotel that has staff in a rush for guest to go. So disappointed in service.
