This had been a Kimpton Hotel and we were referred to the property by a friend that works at The Breakers. Staffing was modest, checkin took far longer than it should, and the main and only bar and restaurant was closed at 10 PM when we arrived. The location is great and this could be a fantastic property with the proper staffing. Unfortunately, that was not the case as phones rang off the hook for service and only the bare necessities were provided in our oceanfront room.
It may be a wonderful again, but not yet.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond. Once you check in, you can spend days without leaving the property. Beautiful pools, gym, courtyard, and fantastic food.
My two complaints: rooms are small and housekeeping takes too long to clean rooms - sometimes as late as 4pm, turnover at 10pm! They can do better and should...

Beautiful hotel located ocean front but the beach is very narrow not much room to sit on the actual beach. The pool that we visited was very nice the water was heated and very comfortable. The only complaint I had was we had brought a few afternoon snacks as I have alot of food allergies and an employee scolded us saying we are not welcome to bring our own food to the pool. This was completely uncalled for and made us feel very uncomfortable.

We could not be more satisfied with our experience at the four seasons. From check in to check out the staff and services was impeccable. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurants were lovely-best was breakfast and lunch by the pool. Expensive but this is to be expected and not much more than lesser establishments. We went with friends and could not have been happier with the entire experience.
The Kimpton hotel restaurant next door has fabulous sushi after 5;00 pm and there is a good Italian restaurant at the golf course very close by. We would and will definitely return.

Booked for overnight late in day, so no one at the hotel to greet--had to call to get into the room. It is more of an apartment for a weekly or monthly basis. I can understand why people go back year after year.

This is the second time I have stayed here. I love the hotel's close proximity to the beach and the pool setting overlooking the intercoastal. For an older hotel, the staff is super friendly and the grounds and facilities are immaculate. The breakfast is really well done. I look forward to staying there again.

The barrier island of Palm Beach is synonymous with high society. More than 200 high-end stores line the aptly-named Worth Avenue. The Flagler Museum offers a glimpse of the Gilded Age. The Sunfest music and arts festival is an annual event in West Palm Beach’s historic downtown with Clematis Street at the epicenter. Two more popular attractions are the Norton Museum of Art and the Palm Beach Zoo.
