The rooms and facilities have been nicely upgraded since our last visit. The breakfast restaurant is a very basic, cafeteria like space. Not a great setting for our invited brunch guests. Also, the rooms are lacking in basic amenities that one would expect in a room priced at over $450 nightly. No shower cap, q-tips. No complimentary water bottles, only $6 bottles left in the dresser. Otherwise, a nice place to stay for a short golf getaway or visit with friends in the PGA neighbourhood.

We have stayed here now a few times for business. This is a very clean place and well accommodating. We like the location and proximity to some great restaurants after working all day.
There is no doubt that we will continue to stay here any time we have to be here.

When I checked in I asked for a refrigerator. the next morning I still hadn't received it yet so I went back down to the front desk and this time there was a lady there. i told her I asked for a refrigerator last night and I told there wasn't one available until this am. She said kinda of snotty, "Well you know there's a charge for that?" I said yes, She said, "Well the guy doesn't get here until 3pm. I left and went to a spring training game and come back and I FINALLY got my refrigerator. Sat, I was getting ready to leave and got held up by a st. patty's parade. I went to the front desk and the guy who was there when I checked in on Wed was there and I asked him "How do I get out of the garage?" He said, "you can't. None told you about the parade?" I said, "No" He said, "I'm sorry I wasn't here yesterday but you should have been told about it. It will be over at noon" I said, "Well I have to be some where before noon."
So, if you are looking to stay at this place close to st patty's day, be prepared to get delayed by the parade as it starts in the parking lot of the hotel.
Other than that, I had a great experience the room was spacish, the air conditioning worked and it was clean.

Staff is super friendly, room was great. Love that they offer snacks in the afternoon (cookies, chips & dip, cheese & crackers, peanuts, wine, bear and soda). You can sit by the pond/fountain outside and relax or have an outdoor business meeting. Breakfast is delicious. They even let me ship a package to the hotel during my stay.
The only downside is the hallways were oftentimes freezing so you have to bundle up or face the cold. Also I asked for late checkout and housekeeping still came in early while we had stepped out to make a drop-off and emptied our leftover dinner from the fridge that we were saving for lunch :(
FYI - Not ideal for children, no pool or on grounds activities, unless you'll be going off site frequently.
