We only stayed one night on long road trip. We arrived late and I was impressed with the friendliness of the employee who checked us in. The hospitality continued from there. We got fast food from down the street and they forgot ketchup and when we got back to hotel another wonderful employee gave us a cup of ketchup from the closed kitchen area. The next morning every employee we encounter was just as friendly and helpful. No one appeared too busy for a smile or friendly greeting. Considering we had been on road for a while and this was one of many overnight stays, I can say it was the most welcoming and comfortable one we had.
