I stayed a week. It wasn't the worst place I've stayed. But I recommend a thorough Cleaning. The place needed a good vacuuming. It tended to be very dusty with Layers of dust near the head boards. And since I take a sitting bath, the tub needs thoro cleaning everyday. Staff, friendly and helpful. Near shopping, restaurants, the beltway, and the library where you can print documents For a reasonable price. wud come again, but I wud like it cleaner.

"Newly renovated hotel convenient to tanger outlets"
This newly remodeled hotel is still experiencing growing pains as the bar and elevators aren't completed. Although lobby, breakfast room and sleeping rooms will be absolutely beautiful when complete, amenities as coffee in rooms, paintings, etc haven't yet been placed.
Hot breakfast was a treat and parking is free- a rarity in this area.

The hotel was close to the water and other activities. I was very pleased with the location because of the proximity to the various stores and restaurants. Also, the rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were very customer oriented.

When we arrived, the lady at the desk was exceptionally helpful. I had decided late Sunday afternoon to look for a hotel close to where I was going to have surgery on Monday morning. This decision was made in order to avoid the dreaded rush hour(s) traffic going over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge from VA into MD. She let us know that the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the National Harbor which would save us parking fees. This would have been nice, but the shuttle didn't run until after I had to be there; she then proceeded to get us the easiest directions to the Harbor as well as where the best place was to park. She was amazing and I am sure she saved us a boat load of $$ just in parking fees. I was not able to enjoy the free breakfast, but what was in there looked and smelled amazing. If I ever head back to the National Harbor, I will be booking my stay here.

So glad I stayed here. Staff very friendly and helpful. The daily free hot breakfast was nice, and the suite was good sized and comfortable. Better than a hotel room! The only down side was the tiny workout room. More equipment and a bigger space would be an improvement.

I spent two nights at the National for a conference which featured ample downtime, so I actually had time to check out the entire facility. First class all the way around. The gym was spacious and clean, room was very tasteful and had all the things I needed. The area around the hotel including many restaurants is impressive.
