Key fob for our room would not work . 3 days we were there . Kept saying it was our phone that was demagnetized the fob . The maintenance man finally showed up as we were packing to leave 1 hour before we left . He used 2 of his master fobs on his key chain , they didn’t work . Then he used his master steel key would not open the room door . They then realized we were right and the whole door handle was to be removed and a new handle with fob unit installed. Had to order door handle unit . Was very annoying every time we left our room we ended up at the front desk for a new fob . Eventually the new fobs would not work on our room , but we were leaving , thank goodness . Should have given us a new room . Was not happy, just had surgery on my knee .
