Not as described in photos. Rooms do not look like that. For the excessive price, this hotel is pretty run down. May need to put more money into it. Looks like they tried to redo baths (which looks good), but sheets dingy/spots, opening under door allows bugs to come in. Hot spring area needs some work/cleaning and updating. Hotel staff nice and breakfast was decent.

Hot tubs from natural springs are a wonderful feature for this hotel. But currently Ouray, CO has a bear problem which limits when you want to wonder around outside.

Understand there are no new properties in Ouray. Accommodations are mostly renovated but are keep up. The funny thing here is the room leans. I was looking that the door frame to the bathroom and noticed that the bottom of the door at the floor was about 5 inches from the wall while the top is touching. Lol. You also noticed it when you walk around the room. Still a nice place.

Summer fun

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff is amazing and great customer service. ContentWe loved our time there and the hot springs are a huge plus. We can’t wait to plan another trip and will definitely be staying again.

For the exorbitant nightly rate, we didn't even get daily frsh towels nor maid service. In addition, the interior of the room was aged and worn. Nothing we will see again there!

The hotel doesn't clean the room nor replacing the towels, so we had wet and dirty towels, and messy room (our own fault) during our entire stay. We requested room cleaning but was told they don't clean it until we check out. The hotel is old, with old carpet and bathroom. Other than that, great location - walkable to ice park and box canyon park, main street; simple and easy breakfast; friendly staff.
