Went to Osoyoos in mid-October primarily to visit the wineries. When we got to the resort they upgraded our room and even had a little welcome for our pet. The facilities were awesome and the staff friendly and efficient. The location is super, right on the lake, near groceries and restaurants. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We plan on making this our go to spot in BC's wine country.

This is a good choice for a night or two in Osoyoos if you want a room on the lake. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Our room was really large, with ample room to walk around two queen beds, plus a sofa for comfortable reading/watching TV. The slider opened onto a communal balcony that had a great view. The beds were excellent, plus we had a fridge in the room, always a bonus. The indoor pool and hot tub meant we could use it even in mid October.
We had a small problem with the bathtub plug and the maintenance man had it fixed within the hour. Excellent service.

we found the hotel and staff very good. we booked this hotel because it offered a heated indoor pool and hot tube.we where not told these where not working . when i went back to the front desk i was told that parts had been ordered that it would be fixed that day.the next day it still was not working but again that the parts would be in that day.the third, fourth, fifth day I was told the parts where going to be there, it left me feeling that I was being told a lot of untruths

We needed to wipe down most surfaces as they were greasy or had dried food on them.
Bed was comfortable. As the hotel runs away from the road instead of parallel to it we didn't hear much traffic noise. Mainly big trucks zipping through on wet highway in the night.
Easy to access the beach for a walk.
Room is well equipped for extended stays with full size appliances.

"Awesome food but the suites may not suit everyone"
The highlight of this B&B is definitely the owner and his 5 star breakfast. (Too much excellent food, but no one forced me to overeat.) There are three suites located in the basement of the house which means there is little in the way of natural light. The room in nicely furnished including a very high-off-the-ground bed, a pillow-top type + box spring which I literally had to jump up to get on it. (I'm 5'6") No TV in the room. There is a TV in a common room (also downstairs) for guests which means whoever gets there first chooses the program, and the TV needs replacing as it has an overall green hue to the picture. Each suite has it's own washroom which was clean, quite adequate, and small. It seems smaller perhaps due to the dark brown shower tiles and floor. There is a nice outdoor pool that would be perfect in the warmer months. The B&B location is good; easy access in and out of Osoyoos. Good fit if you want a huge breakfast & a place to sleep. Not so much for sitting around inside.

At the southern end of the Okanagan Valley near B.C.’s border with Washington, Osoyoos Lake is the warmest in Canada. On the shores of the lake, the town of Osoyoos often records Canada’s highest daytime temperatures. The town’s population surges in the summer months, due to its numerous recreational opportunities. For winter recreation, Mount Baldy Ski Resort is only a 45-minute drive away.
