I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past ten years. It is convenient to the highway, close to multiple restaurants and has always been clean and comfortable. The hotel is also generally very quiet. During my stay two buses of college sports teams/families and local dog show participants and their pets were there, but I heard only minimal noise and was never disturbed.

In today's plugged in world, it's surprising and distressing that so many hotels don't provide convenient outlets for all of our devices. The desk light in this room didn't work because a previous guest had unplugged it to get to the outlet hidden behind the desk. I didn't feel like moving the desk to get to power., so I strung a power cord across the refrigerator to run my laptop. I did move the night stand and un-plugged the radio to charge my phone. Come on folks. Put a power strip on the desk and the night stand.
There really wasn't enough light in the room. Needs more or brighter fixtures.

Hotel was good and I would recommend it but there was a lot of dust by the tv, I had to reconnect the cable tv and the fridge in the room was really loud. Room setup was nice and overall was a good experience.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation in it's public areas, but our room was just fantastic! Spotless, and obviously just redone. It also had, which I love, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Any kind of food place you could want is right there near the hotel. We came to Neenah for a wedding, thinking it was a small little Podunk town, but we were blown away by the size of the city and the amount of huge new buildings that are there are among the really interesting historical ones. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, even with the renovation going on. Oh, by the way, the pool was walk-right-in warm!!
