Great base for exploring the Namba area, short walk away from Dotonburi.
Tall people may wish to note that the ceiling of the rooms in this hotel are quite low. 6ft and above may be an issue.
Rooms are small but this is par for the course for most Japanese hotels. The hard option for the pillow comes with what seems to be dried husks of some sort, may take some getting used to.

The hotel is a few minute of walk to Namba and Dontabari canal, so it's in the heart of the action to all the best food and shopping for Osaka. Beware of all the tourists near the hotel since it's on a busy street. The hot bath is the hotel is really a bonus that my wife and I enjoyed during our stay. The room is about normal for Japanese standard, small, clean, and efficient. Great stay for visit to Osaka.

The hotel is quite beatiful. And the furniture modern and well appointed. The lobby smells fantastic. Woody and mysterious. The hotel has few amenities. No pool or spa or fitness. The lounge on the top floor gave you access to some free water and canned coffee. The view from the lounge was great. The rooms are tiny. But well done. Sliding panel over tv. Screens to divide sink from bed area. Rooms with no view actually have frosted film on the windows! No view means no view!

Small room - but rooms seem to be much smaller in japan. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Near the subway station and can get train to and from airport. 5 mins walk to Osaka castle. There are near by cafe and restaurants too. Would highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful option.

Room is very clean and big. The bathroom is amazing as well, each room has a big bathtub and we were given two packs of bath salt each day.
Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to shinsaibashi and dotonbori. Also 5 mins walk to namba station, which is very convenient as you can go to major stations like Shin Osaka station (JR station) and Umeda without changing lines.
Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Easily Osaka's most popular landmark, Osaka Castle is also one of the most picturesque castles in the world. The castle and its grounds, built in the 16th century, stand out like a verdant oasis amidst the surrounding skyscrapers of the business district. Visit during the cherry blossoms in the spring for postcard-worthy moments, with the castle looming above seemingly pink clouds.
