The beds are super comfortable, although if you don't like big fluffy pillows (like me), bring your own. The hotel is close to everything and practically across the street from the convention center. The hotel and rooms are spotless and the housekeeping staff seem to work 24-7 so if you run out of anything, they are literally there in seconds. And the staff are SO lovely. I will definitely be staying here again.

We arrived on a rainy evening to a very pleasant front desk staff. We have always stayed on the west side of the River but decided to try the east side. After having seen prices at the traditional hotels we decided to give the east side a chance. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a few worn features but free parking, complimentary coffee in the room and a convenient location all made this business trip to Portland just what we were looking for.

Lobby is nice, staff is friendly. The bar and restaurant sucks. The food isn't great and the wait is long. The rooms are lack luster. If you are looking just for a place to rest your head, I'd recommend this place but it is pricey for what you get.

My husband and I stayed here on our first time to Portland. On the upside, it has a great restaurant/bar/music venue attached, on the downside, you won't be able to sleep because of the live music being played at the venue. Otherwise, it was good.

Right near the Lloyd Center, close to everything. My room was clean and in good repair. One of the best things was cheap parking. I was there seven days and only charged $20. That's why I chose this hotel over the slightly nicer hotels near by.

Acts ranging from Elmo to Bruce Springsteen have played the 20,000-seat arena. To catch the city in bloom, visitors swarm to the Rose Festival’s Grand Floral Parade in June.
