Our stay at this hotel was really relaxing felt like the staff was there for me and my daughter. Answered questions and helped us find a place to eat and made our way out of the state visit restful and inviting. Loved the southern hospitality. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel was certainly not the best, but definitely not the worst hotel I've stayed in. We were only in town for a weekend convention at Auburn, so we weren't too worried about quality, just price. Upon arrival the lobby is clean, but there was only one guy at the desk, so we had to wait in line for a good minute. The guy was really friendly, though. We got our rooms & since we had 3 rooms & all were in my name, I decided to check each room first. I walked up to the first of our rooms to find the door cracked open. Thinking maybe room service was in there I knocked & peeked inside. No one in there, but the beds were not made & there was a room key still on the table. Though we arrived about an hour after check in, the room clearly had not been reset for us. I told the desk clerk & he promptly gave us another room with no problem. When I got to the room I was sleeping in, it seemed at first as though room service had come (made beds, folded linens, new soap) but the trash had not been taken out! Gross, but not the end of the world. I think we were only paying like $70/night, so you get what you pay for. & I actually was not expecting the rooms to ALL have a fully equipped kitchen- like dishes, frying pan, oven, sink, etc, so in that way we kind of got more than we paid for. The room itself was spacious & seemingly clean, but don't look too close- stains all over the floors and small hairs on the towels. Equal pros to cons, I would stay again! Great location as well!

This may have been the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Though, the floor in my room needed to be better vacuumed. Extremely polite, hospitable staff. The grounds were immaculate. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The outside patio/pool area was very relaxing. And be sure to tell Kallie, Roll Tide :)
