"Best of the best"
Historic Davy House B&B arguably was the best experience we have had world wide. Location is ideal for a stroll through town leaving the car parked with ample space for guests. Attention to detail provided by Flo and Jeff certainly exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was amazing! The backyard paradise was tranquil and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Our hosts were available 24 hours if needed and provided great conversation and information about the area!

"Great Stay"
My wife and I chose NOTL for a long weekend visit. It was our first time to the area. We found Somerset Jouse online and gave it s shot. We stayed in the master suite. It was super spacious and very clean. The bathroom was was modern and luxurious. The other big benefit was the view. The house sits right on the water so you get an unobstructed view of the mouth of the Niagara River, Firt Niagara on the US side, and Lake Ontario. The location is also nice because it's a short walk into town and just far enough out that the streets are quiet. Plenty of off street parking too. Julie (housekeeper) was very nice and gave us honest reviews of restaurants, activities, etc. We also recommend the foodie tour with Charlie for some history on the town and a chance to duck into a variety of restaurants you probably wouldn't have time to go to. My wife and I aren't the type to laze about the B&B, instead we used Somerset House as a home base and it served our needs very well. Thanks for the stay!

"Great Bed & Breakfast at Niagara on the Lake"
The B&B was outstanding! Maria, the owner, prepared the most fabulous breakfasts. She was so welcoming and pleasant and was able to help us find our way around the town. The property itself was so quaint and beautiful - very clean and very quiet. I wouldn't change a thing -- would like to go back to Niagara on the Lake just to stay at the Historic Wilson-Guy House!

"Charming and close to everything"
This place is lovely and convenient. The rooms were cold (too much a/c) and smallish but so well appointed and beautifully decorated. And the location is perfect - quiet but within walking distance of everything.

The location is perfect! The rooms are very pretty and well kept. The breakfast was homemade and there was plenty to go around. The only real complaint that we have is that if you were in your room you could easily hear what was going on in other rooms or the common room for breakfast. Which means that if you were sleeping in your room you would be easily woken up when someone else arrived back in the B&B mostly because the wooden floors, which are very nice, but are old and very loud when you walk. Very loud.

"Beautiful hotel in great location"
We loved our stay at the Georgian Residence. The location is perfect and the room is beautiful. We had a sitting room with a large fire place as well as bedroom. My only area for improvement is related to the mattress. It was uncomfortable and I felt like I was sleeping in someone else's memory foam bed with the imprint of their body impacting my ability to roll.

"An elegant stay"
Our time at Niagara on the Lake was truly marvellous. The Prince of Wales was the highlight of the trip. Most noted was afternoon tea in the elegant salon and the extra soft bedding in our rooms.

Old Town Historic District is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Old Town Historic District, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Old Town Historic District hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
