"Over night stop, passing through"
We picked this hotel from Expedia Reviews and it didn't disappoint. It was exactly what I expected for the price point. Comfortable bed, clean, quiet, good shower. Good parking as we had a trailer.

"Nice hotel...still needs improvement"
If you like to stay at Hilton's this hotel isn't for you. They are a small hotel trying to do some great changes to compete with the larger chains, but just haven't quite gotten there yet. My family of five picked a suite so I could cook and when we walked in everything was neat and clean. I had called the day before to ensure there were cooking items in the room and was assured there would be...there wasn't and when I asked for some it took an hour of the staff scrambling around to find some. That being said, the front desk was SO nice and apologetic. The guy that brings towels sheets and pots seems rude and put out at basic requests. The breakfast was great and the staff handling it is so attentive and quick, I would give them five stars. I think I would stay here again, and I think if you want a hotel that is comfortable and clean you should too.

"Not a bad place"
Typical cheaper hotel. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable and room clean. There were some ants in the mini fridge and breakfast wasn't too exciting, but overall not a bad stay.

"Spiders! I killed 5 big big black spiders "
I read the reviews here before booking and it sounded great. Unfortunately it was not all that I expected. This was mainly because over the course of staying there for 4 nights I killed a total of 5 large quarter sized black hairy spiders and one large brown/black thing that I guess was some kind of spider. Freaked me out. The first day I killed one black spider, ok well no big deal, thought that would be the end of it. The next day I killed two more! Thought that would be the end of it. The third day I killed one black one just like the others and a brown/black furry thing that I am not even sure was a spider or a big scorpion of some kind. It had pincers, it was gross, quarter sized as well. Most of these things were in the bathroom but I did find a couple of them crawling on the living room rug. After the 3rd day of this I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man out who left me a note and said he had sprayed for bugs in my room which was #813. So I relaxed and thought all was well. Surprise! Those spiders are smart! The next day there was a big black spider just like the others up at the top of the wall near the ceiling! He knew there was bug spray down low so he stayed up high!! Was happy to check out of there as I realized the room was infested. Ugh. Also when I requested housekeeping come to clean my room they never showed up tho the girl at front desk said she would send them.

"A Place to Sleep"
This is an older hotel on old Rte 66 that is well beyond it's prime, pretty beat up around the edges and dated decor. The walls are very thin. You can hear conversations in the next room like you're talking to them yourself. One night someone's snoring kept my husband up. One of the oddities is that their storage/janitor's room is glassed in and the whole mess is visible right there on the main hallway as you walk in and out. Having said that, we had a bizarrely pleasant experience.

"Did the job. Place to sleep that was clean."
Hotels in flagstaff were booked up for some conference so we booked the best option available which was the travelodge. We were pretty skeptical but it turned out to be a decent place to sleep for the night. Small hotel w convenient parking and most importantly the room was clean and tidy. Very dated in our opinion, but still well kept. Would stay there again if we needed a place to stay for the night on a road trip.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Old Town Flagstaff hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
