This is a beautiful condo facility right off the beach with views of the beach from your room. We loved our stay here. However, before you book your stay, be sure you know that there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee added to your reservation amount. On top of the cleaning fee, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that states you are responsible to put furniture back in original location, wash and put away dishes, wipe up spills, collect trash and take to dumpster and put tv remotes under tv. We thought that for the $150 cleaning fee, there should not have been sticky spots on the floor under the table or mildew under the door in the shower. Other than that the condo was very clean.

Stayed just one night on our way home. Fall vacation/ quiet and relaxing. The BnB is really quaint and nicely updated with lots of old charm. Only downside- very small TV! But we didn't go to Maine to watch TV!

Very good accommodations. Staff gave excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. Only strange thing about the setup was in the large studio there were two Murphy beds which were very comfortable but the tv was between the two beds so you could not watch tv in bed. Not a big deal just funny.

I thought we were "on" the beach when booking, but an extra 100 yard walk to the beach was OK. We were there off season so the entire area was quiet and we had an issue finding restaurants open. White Cap Village was nice, quiet

Like a smaller Coney Island, this miles-long beach draws crowds each summer to lounge in the sun and enjoy the weekly fireworks show. At the center, the pier is lined with souvenir shops, fast food spots, and restaurants. Admission is free to the beachfront Palace Playland and visitors pay individually to ride roller coasters, the Ferris wheel, thrill rides, and kiddie rides or play games at the arcade.
