The property promised to be a Hyatt Place in Bricktown and it WAS a Hyatt Place in Bricktown. Only complaint is self park is $29/night everything else met or exceeded expectations.

It was a nice place, very helpful in the Valet and the bell desk. The front desk was very helpful. But like a lot of Casinos on the strip, the slots were a little tight.

Parking was ridiculous. We were forced to use their Valet parking at $32.00 per night X2 plus a tip. They said the buffet breakfast was not included. It would be an additional $8.00 each per adult. I swear when I made this reservation through travelocity it said breakfast was included. The manager said I would have to call travelocity and then hand my phone to him so he could hear it from them like I wasn't trustworthy enough. So basically any discount we received through travelocity was gone once we had to pay for valet. Won't do this again.

Clean and modern hotel. Parking is $29, and I asked at check-in for options. He failed to mention parking just 1/2 block away for a few dollars. In general front desk workers more interested i their phones. Gym was unavailable but able to go next door. One washer and dryer available if you download app and pre-fund.

Great hotel. Clean. Parking is expensive but you can try to find street parking. Was unhappy about both treadmills being broke but you can use the ones next door. No microwave in room.
