Everything was great except for the Smoky smell in the hallways in the hotel side of the building. It didn't matter which floor we were on, the smell of smoke was in the air. Also, the ice machine was broken on our floor.

Hotel was just outside of downtown Bryson, about a 5 min drive. The room we stayed in was neat, cute, clean but just a tad small. Guess that is way they call it Micro hotel! Breakfast included hot items but all carbs! Overall a very good place to stay!

The place looks to be a bit older but overall was still in decent shape. The best thing about it is that it is close to the heart of Gatlinburg so a short walk to get to all the many things to see and do. The staff were very nice, but the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. I would stay here for the location, but if you really want breakfast you'll probably better off buying something from a nearby restaurant. Last thing, we only stayed here for a little while since there was a problem with the pipes while we were there. We never even had a problem but the staff informed us and helped us get spots inside another nearby hotel without a problem and at no extra cost so that was pretty nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you would like to spend some time in Gatlinburg.

This is our second stay here. We stayed in a Deluxe King room and enjoyed having a fridge, microwave and sofa. There was a large jacuzzi tub also but we prefer showers. The bathroom was stocked with appropriate toiletries including a shower cap and offered a magnifying mirror. The room has experienced some remodeling including bedside reading lights, large TV and newer carpet. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although there is no on site food, we enjoy eating breakfast at the Pancake House within walking distance. The casino is within walking distance but due to the cooler weather, the shuttle was super nice to get there and come back on. The last shuttle run is at midnight. Wish they had ran until 1 or 2 am. I would recommend these accommodations if you are looking for somewhere clean and convenient for the casino.

We loved the property at Bent creek resort. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. Rhonda at the front desk was wonderful and Bruce the grounds keeper has done a great job keeping the property clean. We were very impressed with the whole staff. Great place to stay.
