The staff was very helpful. We needed directions to a couple of places, and they knew the the dates of the 2016 Ballon festival. Room was good sized and clean. Had a desk with outlet. Wifi worked fine. The ac/furnace unit was on the loud side with no temp control. They do have a elevator. We will be using them again.
