Beds were standard fare, TV was an old CRT with basic cable which was expected. Came with a small refrigerator/freezer and a microwave, though the place was severely lacking in outlets so the microwave was actually unplugged.
Not overly noisy considering we were next to a fairly major road, and there was a bus line with a straight shot into downtown which was convenient since we did not drive there.
