"Loved the location!"
This is a great centrally-located hotel for Spring Training venues. Easy on-off to I-17 and close to the loop. Restaurants galore nearby, also shopping. Metro Parkway area is very nice. Hotel personnel were friendly and accommodating. A word of caution should be added here about the panhandlers that seem to be everywhere in the city. They hang around the parking lots, and approach guests as they enter or leave the hotel, restaurants, entertainment locations, shopping, and literally every street corner. We even had two experiences where they stopped abruptly in front of our car, almost inviting us to hit them. They are assertive/aggressive and often move or congregate in groups. If you asked if we felt safe, I would have to say that we did not. Homelessness is something all large metro areas have to deal with and it's no small issue. But either Phoenix doesn't have an ordinance related to panhandling or they simply look the other way. Unfortunately it is our lasting take-away impression and memory of the trip.

"Slide, yes! Bar service, no!"
The pools and water slide are great but don't get fooled by the 'poolside bar' they say is available..it is only open on the weekends so during the week you have to go into the restaurant bar to get any drinks. Not so bad, right? Wrong! It isn't staffed till the evening so you will wait about 15 minutes for someone to see you waiting to make an order, then they have to open the bar back, get change etc.... I don't know about you, but when I'm on vacation, I want some drinks. A cocktail server poolside would be nice so you don't have to go inside and wait...in your bathing suit.

"Nice hotel right off I17."
The only problem we had is that they took out an extra 200 dollars and it took 7 days to post back into our account. Our stay in general was nice and the staff was friendly.

"A nice place to stay"
Stayed 2 nights for spring training. The pool was tiny. The rooms nice and big. Breakfast was ok not what I expected. You all hear freeway traffic all night. All in a bit overrated. But a nice place to stay.

"Great resort to hang out at the pools and relax. "
Enjoyed the pools and poolside café which had excellent lunch and drinks. Fitness facility is very nice. Lots of pools on site which limits crowding. Golfing and hiking as well. We were able to shuttle from the airport and spent 3 days at the resort with plenty to do. Breakfast buffet very good as well.

"Nice Hotel at a Good Price"
We were very comfortable at the Sheraton Four Points and plan to return. They had Keurig coffee makers in rooms and also a handy dispenser for shampoo, soap and conditioner in the shower. The price was good and included a hot breakfast.

"Available"
Available. Pleased with a room being available. Hot Oatmeal and Raisin Bran was just what I needed in the morning. The wi fi was helpful. It was nice to have a refrigerator. There were outlets for phone charging after unplugging light. The door had lots of locks. The bathroom was clean. The bed was clean. I am providing more words so I can submit this annoying review with too many restrictions. I am so happy.

North Mountain is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in North Mountain, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your North Mountain hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
