"Our June summer stay"
What a lovely little motel. The rooms were comfortable but the bathroom remodling job looked unfinished. The floors were very cute. The tennis courts do not look like they do in your ad. The breakfast was fine but the same each day. It was a little noisy with the street right there and it was very difficult to get out and turn left to head to Southampton. The price was just right and it was convenient

"Avoid the crowded weekends"
place was empty but we stayed on a monday and tuesday and it rained for two days. Pool looked nice but we didn't get to use it. Great location of you are looking to restaurant and bar hop at night. The restaurant on property seemed to carry weird hours for being summertime in the Hamptons.

"Great Location"
The hotel is well situated walking distance to Bridgehampton and near great restaurants and stores. The atmosphere is elegant yet Hampton's beachy. The bathrooms and amenities were all on point. The only small inconvience was the king bed was really two beds pushed together. Make sure to request the proper beds and you can avoid this situation. Enjoy!!!

"Quiet and clean "
Rooms were clean. New furniture, clean bedding. Maid service. Ample parking space. Check in and out were quick and easy. In a quiet area so I had a great sleep. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Southampton.

"Wonderful hotel, friendly staff"
We had a wonderful stay. It is a quaint Inn in a prime location close to shops and restaurants. Many things are within walking distance. The breakfast at the inn is fantastic, as we the ladies in the restaurant. I may have had the best scone in my life (peach). Although getting to the Hamptons for a weekend trip from out of state was a bit of an ordeal I would return to this property any time. The only negative- there was a wedding rehearsal dinner at the restaurant Friday night so when we arrived there was no available parking for Inn guests.

"Great Waterfront Location Almost Compensates"
I've stayed at this hotel twice before and like most things about it, especially the location, however, I think the staff at the front desk could stand to be more friendly, welcoming and helpful. They seem to have an attitude like they are doing the customer a favor. I never feel completely welcome during my stay and will probably stay somewhere else the next time. The room prices are ridiculous and there aren't even any discounts available for the aquarium or canoe rentals for hotel patrons (if there are, I certainly wasn't advised of them). When I checked in I was told I had to park across the street and that the rear parking that used to be available for hotel guests was reserved for "marina guests?" Really? I saw many other hotel patrons parking there so, this was a false statement. I was also told that there were no waterfront view rooms available even though I requested a river view. This isn't the first time this has happened with this hotel. The only glimmer of friendliness I saw was from the English/Australian woman at checkout--she was wonderful, but by then I was leaving. Step it up, Hyatt, or I'll be staying elsewhere next time.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
