We were travelling from Toronto to California in January with an ice-storm rolling across the mid-west. The highway became too treacherous to go any further, so we stopped at this hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska. They welcomed us warmly, including our Boston Terrier, and we had a wonderful stay... supper in our room thanks to the microwave and a sitting area with large coffee table, our kids had a swim in their pool, and we all enjoyed the full hot breakfast buffet in the morning. We liked the place so much that we stayed there on our way home a couple weeks later. We will make this a stop-over every time we travel west through the U.S.

I am a light sleeper and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this hotel is situated along a very busy street among several car dealerships. I heard zero noise from outside! As for that busy street, North 27th Street, made our trip convenient to I-80 and into the city. Fast food or finer dining restaurants are easily accessed. Grocery stores and a variety of other stores are a quick drive away. The rooms are spacious and were well maintained.

I booked on Expedia right in front of guy. Afterwards he said sorry no rooms. Even tho they already took money out of account. He looked then called manager. Who then booked us into a handicap room. Overall it was clean and ok. In morning bath tub would not drain. Breakfast was just Cera muffins and waffles nothing great. Wasn't bad stay but could of been better.

More residential than the downtown district to the south, North Lincoln includes the 4.5 mile Superior Street Trail, one of many paved recreational paths winding through the Great Plains Trail Networks. A half-hour drive away, Branched Oak State Recreation Area offers miles of hiking and biking paths, campgrounds, and boat ramps onto the largest of the Salt Valley Lakes.
