My companion and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fiesta Inn. The staff is wonderful: friendly, informative, quick to fulfill most needs, and always available.
The inn is simple, spotless, and lovely. Our room was large, with two comfortable queen beds (with luscious comforters) plenty of closet and storage space, enclosed glass shower stall with plenty of hot water.
Every morning, in the alcove near our room, was a table with freshly brewed coffee service. Aah, yes!

Overall we found this resort to meet all our needs, very clean, beautiful grounds, pools and beach activities. Our main complaint was addressing a problem with our room. There are not enough English speaking staff to communicate concerns. We were told everything would be taken care of, time scheduled to solve the problem but no one showed. This was taking time from our vacation. Upon inquiry no one knew what we were talking about.
Also, another issue that we didn't realize right away was a 15 percent gratuity had been I ncluded in the total bill at hotel restaurants....so we not knowingly added another 15 percent tip .....read your bill! We were not all inclusive. The food however was excellent and beautifully presented. The Italian restaurant however was all fluff and no food!

We just returned from a week stay for our family of 3. The resort is very clean and shows well for its age. We were very impressed overall by the quality of the food at both the buffet and the restaurants. The staff is great also. Miguel and Luis were awesome servers at the pool and took care of us completely each day. Room is small but in very clean condition and has a great view.

My experience was great, first time to Mexico and I already want to go back to this exact place. It was close to the beach and airport (Taxi from the airport is about 15-20 USD going back to the airport is about 5 USD). Beach was a block away with the food, drinks, and chairs/umbrellas provided. Quick Taxi ride to the downtown only about 5 USD, or take a bus for about 75 cents.
Staff very friendly, variety of food, good drinks, nice pool, great beach, pathways around the resort or beautiful with nice palm trees and other plants, and sunsets are gorgeous. Hot tubs were not that warm. Lots of vendors walking around the beach trying to sell you things. Overall a good experience.

My boyfriend and I (28 and 29 y/o), are easy going, low maintenance kind of people, we stayed here for 5 nights and just loved it! It's only a 10min. drive from the airport and 10min. from downtown/boardwalk to lots of shops and extra restaurants. We only ate out once because we wanted to have a different experience but you don't have to...the food & drinks here are some of the best I have had compared to other all-inclusive resorts. The staff was so nice, and they really try to go above and beyond to please and entertain their guests, every night they put on some kind of show and/or have live bands. The rooms were open and airy, we had a gorgeous ocean view on the 14th floor. We walked along the beach and noticed that our beach area was one of the best, not too crowded or congested with vendors trying to sell you things and the sand was softer compared to other spots. This is a family resort so as expected there were children but there were areas where they could play separate from the adults. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to many!!
A few helpful tips: EXCHANGE YOUR CURRENCY FOR PESOS. KNOW HOW TO CONVERT CURRENCY. TAKE TAXIS & USE THE RESORTS SERVICE IT'S RELIABLE & CONVENIENT. IT'S THE CHEAPEST WAY (OR BUS IS EVEN CHEAPER BUT MAKES STOPS ALONG THE WAY). YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY MORE THAN $100 PESOS/$5USD TO GET MOST PLACES. IF YOU WANT A CABANA BY THE BEACH OR LOUNGE CHAIRS GET DOWN TO THE POOL EARLY! YOU CAN'T RESERVE SPOTS.

"Hotel is very close to the beach, friendly staff."
We managed to get a great deal on a vacation package 7 months earlier. We were lucky to get the deal for spring break. The hotel is in good condition, the staff was very friendly and the food was adequate with a good selection of dishes. The ice cream was delicious. The proximity to the beach was definitely a big plus.

Pocket Guide: Puerto Vallarta North Hotel Zone Hotels
Large resorts dominate the Hotel Zone, arguably the center of Puerto Vallarta tourism. This area includes the Maritime Terminal, where cruise ships dock. Across the street, visitors can see authentic bullfights at La Paloma Bullring. Like its southern half, the North Hotel Zone’s main attraction is the crescent-shaped bay. Water sports are in abundance, as are restaurants, bars, and shops.
