The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathtub was a bit old, it was clean though. Some of the other guests were loud but you can't control that. Overall, it was a great place for the price.

Certainly not the experience I was expecting

Breakfast was subpar Walls are very thin, subject to outside noise Room is directly across from the service laundry, which was always loud, bright light outside. The window was not blocked by the shades at night.

Not much going on around hotel, limited places to eat or things to do/see. Admittedly, we arrived late and left early the next morning so mot much of a sample size. Best thing I can say is that the room was clean although smelled a bit musty.

This is my second time choosing this hotel, is very convenient for us. It has a 24 hour front desk, the staff is very friendly. I like it cause Walmart is about 5 minutes away, making it very convenient to get groceries during our stay. Also I was able to visit friends near by. Hotel is near highways, restaurants and shopping malls.

The room rate that I paid for this hotel is too high. I can pay this fee for four or five star hotel. Also the front desk people need more training as how to treat and welcome guests. I felt so unwelcome when the lady who checked me told me that I can’t use the ladies room before I check in. I travel all over the world and stay at several hotels, however this is the first time that I heard that you can’t use the bathroom before you check in to the hotel.

Moist and stinky

The room felt moist, the towels were moist, the chair was moist. The chair was so moist in fact that when I sat on it my clothes got wet. The smell was also bad. When I told the front desk they said all of the rooms were like that. They gave me a new room which was also moist and stinky and when they asked if it was better I said no, and they said they expected that.
