Booked this hotel due to nonexistent affordable rooms in Denver while attending Sting/PeterGabriel at the Pepsi Center. It was a reasonable driving distance from the Pepsi Center (1hr) and on our way to and from Santa Fe. The hotel was reasonably priced and in good condition. Only complaint is the air conditioner in the room did not cool (management did call to fix the following morning). But the room was a reasonable temperature to sleep.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. The room was plush & comfortable & clean. Bathroom was very nice. Only a single sink though:(
In room safe worked well. Cappuccino in room was nice! 2 free bottle waters daily. Smart TV was good!
Only complaint was no access to meals in my building. No snack foods or complimentary breakfast, etc.

The hotel was totally booked during my stay. Unexpectedly, I found myself having to extend my visit by two days. Despite the hotel's "No Vacancy" status, they made it possible for me not only to stay, but to conveniently stay in the same room. The entire staff was consistently friendly and accommodating.
