The only negative I have is that I paid the exact amount for two separate rooms, both having the same description. Room 300 was very nice, including a large, separate sitting area, with a sofa, chairs and coffee table. Room 303 was MUCH smaller, with no separate sitting area- just a typical room. So why were the two rooms charged the same amount of money? Room 303 certainly did not have the size/amenities as did Room 300. Also, the small refrigerator in Room 303 never got cold enough to use. The refrigerator in Room 300 worked perfectly.

I stayed at the hotel from Aug 13th -17th of 2016. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel smelled good, as if they shampooed the carpets every morning. The hotel is in need of updating but it was a comfortable stay. They were actually in the process of painting the outside and common areas on the 17th of August. Both beds in my room were comfortable but the carpet and two dining chairs where beyond their life cycle. Big clean bathroom, flat screen TV with all the great channels. I found the free WiFi to be a little slow but hey it's free! The counter tops and cabinets were functional but outdated. Outdated to the point of the laminate chipping/flaking off in some areas. I was a little disappointed not to have any dining utensils, coffee maker, pots, pans, nothing! But I was able to solve that issue very inexpensively ($8) by visiting the closes dollar store (10 minutes away on N. Academy). The location is Great, close to everything! Overall I was very happy with my stay and plan to stay there again on my next visit.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Considering the staff was working out of a trailer due to construction, they were extremely efficient and friendly. I would strongly recommend. The only problem was that with the 8 people we had in our party, we ran out of hot water when showering. All in all, we were very pleased with the accommodations.
